My turtle Tommy is very slow,
But he always seems to know
Where the lettuce leaves are kept,
And where the sunny spot has crept.
He pulls his head into his shell
When the doorbell rings, and all is well.
Slow and steady, that's his way,
He wins the race on Sunday.
