Who we are

Edulin (edulin.in) is operated by AIRESJEP PVT LTD, India. Contact: great@edulin.in.

What stays on your device

Learner settings (child’s name, class, school, parent’s name and parent email), scores, streaks, game progress, earned certificates, language and sound choices are stored in your browser’s local storage on your device. We cannot see them unless they are sent to us as described below. You can remove them at any time with Settings → Clear, or by clearing your browser’s site data.

What is sent to us, and why

• Learner registration: the first time a learner’s name is saved, their name, class, school, parent’s name and parent email are sent to us so we know who is using Edulin.
• Visits: each new browser session increases the public visitor counter and notifies the Edulin team with the active learner’s name, class and parent email (or that no learner is set up yet).
• Certificates: when a certificate is earned, the child’s name, class, school, the game and milestone, and the parent’s name and email are sent so the certificate can be emailed to the parent, with a copy to the Edulin team.
• Weekly Brain Olympiad: the child’s name, age, class, parent’s name, email and score are stored to record results and allow one attempt per week.
• Daily Challenge and feedback: the name, email and score or comment you submit are stored.

What we do not do

• We do not show ads or use advertising or analytics trackers.
• We do not sell or rent personal information.
• We do not ask children for passwords, photos, location or phone numbers.

Kids’ Corner

When a parent, guardian or teacher sends us a child’s artwork, article, poem or story and agrees to publication, we store the work and the child’s first name, class and (optional) school, and publish them in the Kids’ Corner after review. We keep the sender’s email only to confirm consent and handle removal requests. Ask us at any time to remove a piece.

Third parties

Fonts and icons are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts are downloaded. Certificate and notification emails are delivered through our email provider.

Children

Edulin is meant to be set up by a parent, guardian or teacher. Please fill in Settings for your child rather than letting young children enter an email address themselves.

How long we keep information

We keep registration, certificate and result records only as long as needed to run Edulin and respond to you. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices and rights

Write to great@edulin.in to see, correct or delete information we hold about you or your child. We will reply within 30 days.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
