Rainbow
Poem · by Kiara · Class 7 · Silver Oak School, Thiruvananthapuram
After the rain, there came a surprise,…
After the rain, there came a surprise,
A rainbow painted across the skies.
Red, orange, yellow, green,
The loveliest colours ever seen.
Blue, indigo, violet too,
Seven colours, bright and new.
I tried to touch it, but it's far,
So I drew one, just where we are.
